Dalszy epizod dwa dni później " firma " jednak wraca do 80 euro jak był ustalane , lecz w e-mail wspomina o 180 euro że tyle to u nich kosztuje chociaż przy pierwszym kontakcie mówili o 80 euro , następnie próbują mi wmówić że coś załatwiali jak nie było wieści ze strony urzędu , a to ja tam dzwoniłem i wszystko ustaliłem i zamówiłem dokumenty po raz drugi !! ( i niepotrzebnie jak się okazało ich o tym później poinformowałem , ponieważ starają to sobie przypisać ) . Jawnie mataczą , w mailu wmawiają mi że to oni zadzwonili do urzędu i zamówili dokumenty , a przez telefon przyznają że ja zamówiłem te dokumenty . Podejrzewam że za pierwszym razem nawet tego formularza nie wysłali. Z tą firmą się nic nie załatwi , to pewne !!!! Nie znają podstawowych pojęć w sprawach rozliczeń z belastingiem ? nie potrafią odróżnić rezydenta NL od nierezydenta. Wysyłają rozliczenia po kilka razy z błędami z tego powodu zajmując niepotrzebnie czas klientom i instytucjom. Zapewniają klientów o wykonaniu usługi która nie została wykonana a później wmawiają im że mają skleroze. Totalna porażka a nie księgowość. Ostrzegam wszystkich przed tym dziadostwem. I highly do not recommend the services of this company ??? stupid babies have no idea what they do. They do not know the basic concepts of settlements with belasting ? they cannot distinguish an NL resident from a non-resident. They send settlements several times with errors, therefore taking unnecessary time for clients and institutions. They assure clients that a service has not been performed and then convince them that they have sclerosis. Total failure, not accounting. I warn everyone about this trash.
