I’m owning a Porsche Panamera and I’m regretting it every single-day. Before this car I had Audi A6 and trust me that is the brand that i can rely on. It is funny that I have taken my car for couple of errors and my front suspension sounds that I have to number of Porsche service centers and after I spent lot over them they answer was “it is normal for Porsche Panamera to have this and if you also change the parts it will comes within an year. The sound will gone if the car is warmed up so wait to get your car gets war and the problem is solved. “ To be honest it is my first Porsche experience and it will be my last. I will definitely share my experience with every friend of mine ,my social network and google reviews I’ll convince them about how Porsche looks good from the outside and it is terrible from the inside. Isn’t better to change your design team or make you engaging team better to produce reliable cars like Audi,Mercedes or even like KIA !!!! I don't expect them to give me any reasonable answer or any satisfying service Regards Bardia Afshar

I entered on a Saturday 2pm - ready to buy a 911 convertible - no hello from the two receptionists, there is enough staff doing busy busy work - I saw one of the sales guys behind his desk; not even looking up. I walked around on the ground floor and the upper floor for about 20min in total. Not one person approached me or even said hello. Coffee or water perhaps? I left ; obviously this place is not very hungry for business. It also makes you think once you bought a car in this place what the after sales/service will be. Take a guess. By the way the chat function online is very slow - once you get a reaction and share a phone number - no reaction......... What to say? Poor management if there is any. Update: Now a week later - I believe it is fair to everyone at this location to correct my first observation - meanwhile had contact over phone , email and F2F with sales person (Nick). Professional, fast responses and positive attitude. Also at the location the persons at the reception were very kind and welcoming. In short: a different experience after all. It proves that multiple datapoints are important for a balanced opinion.
