Stattdessen wird lieber mit dem Kollegen ein Kaffee getrunken. Very unfriendly staff, they probably don't feel like doing their work there, I was constantly interrupted and they weren't ready to help me any further. Instead, they prefer to have a coffee with their colleague.
L	Lars Hampel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In dieser Postbank Filiale befinden sich auch mehrere Postschalter für alle Postdienstleistungen sowie ein kleiner Shop für Schreibwaren, Umschläge usw. Oftmals leider richtig voll, so dass man länger auf der Straße anstehen muss. Das Personal ist kompetent und freundlich aber nach meiner Meinung merkt man noch eine gewisse Beamtenmentalität. Dazu könnte man die Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit der Mitarbeiter sicher noch etwas optimieren. This Postbank branch also has several post offices for all postal services as well as a small shop for stationery, envelopes, etc. Often times, unfortunately, really full, so that you have to queue for longer on the street. The staff is competent and friendly but in my opinion you still notice a certain official mentality. In addition, one could certainly optimize the work speed of the employees a little.

Man möchte sein Paket abholen welches ab einer bestimmten Uhrzeit abzuholen ist und dann heißt es die Sendungen werden gerade erst bearbeitet. Zudem wirken alle sehr genervt wenn man Pakete / Briefe abgibt schließlich wären sie ja eine Postbank und keine DHL Filiale. Ich würd Mal sagen findet euch mit dem Job ab oder sucht euch eine andere Filiale lasst euch versetzen whatever! Einfach unverständlich! Rude staff and quite cheeky. You want to pick up your package, which has to be picked up after a certain time, and then it says the shipments are just being processed. In addition, everyone seems very annoyed when you hand in packages/letters, after all they would be a Postbank and not a DHL branch. I'd say get over the job or find another branch, get a transfer, whatever! Simply incomprehensible!
J	Jens Master on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliches Personal. DHL schickt viele meiner Pakete in diese Filiale. Wenn mein Paket wirklich da ist bringen die Mitarbeiter es genervt. Wenn es nicht da ist werden sie schnell patzig, oder gehen einfach weg nachdem sie gesagt haben, dass das Paket nicht da ist, ohne Verabschiedung versteht sich. Eine Angestellte hat sogar gesagt, dass sie ja für die deutsche bank arbeitet und es nicht einsieht den Leuten ihre Pakete zu bringen. Es wäre ja schließlich keine DHL Filiale Very unfriendly staff. DHL sends many of my packages to this branch. If my package is really there, the employees bring it annoyed. If it's not there, they quickly get snotty, or just walk away after saying the package isn't there, without saying goodbye of course. One of the employees even said that she works for the Deutsche Bank and doesn't see bringing people their packages. After all, it wouldn't be a DHL branch

Schade, dass man die einzelnen Mitarbeiter nicht separat bewerten kann. Dienstleistung klar verfehlt. Worst post office in almost 40 years of experience. Extremely rude and incompetent employees. Hardly to topple on ignorance. Too bad that you can not rate the individual employees separately. Service clearly missed.

Mitarbeiter wirken oft überfordert und daher unfreundlich. Heute versucht vor Ort die Filiale aufzusuchen, Filiale ohne Ankündigung einfach geschlossen (siehe Bild). Angeblich ein Wasserschaden. Wieso erfolgt keine Info im Internet?(wir leben im digitalen Zeitalter).Was passiert jetzt mit den Paketen der Kunden? Dringend abzuraten. Parcel said to be ready for pickup. Two shipments have already gone missing in this branch. You don't care about customers. Employees often seem overwhelmed and therefore unfriendly. Today tried to visit the branch on site, branch simply closed without notice (see picture). Apparently water damage. Why is there no information on the Internet? (we live in the digital age). What happens to the customers' packages now? Strongly discouraged.
