It shows arrival online and signed by the shop, but I’m told to come again tomorrow, so I came next day and they told me come again again next day. I give up.

In 90% of my visits, the man attending seems to do not want to give any service to non Dutch speakers... Sort of rude and non cooperative, I don't recommend this place, it's just a matter of luck to come and find the other girl who's actually nice.

The most disgusting attention in the postal service, two men who have no idea of ​​anything! they don't help! They don't know what services or products they have! .. what worries them is to have a mouth full of food while they work, what a horor! gross

Very nice staff overwhelmed sometimes by packages! They really are friendly in the face of high volumes. Store is tiny. Expect a wait, be neighborly and chill out.

I got charged extra for my post (the price on the scale was lower) and the explanation was “sorry, I have an order from my boss”. I asked if they are the official post office and the answer was “no”.

Female personnel was friendly and nice when I was posting a package. But when I had to return just barely 10-15 minutes after because I remembered that I didn't tape my package to secure it, I had to deal with the male staff who was unfriendly, dismissive, and unhelpful. He said they receive so many packages that my package was most likely gone/was already collected. But he didn't even bother to check if this was true.

Mailed 30+ packages for Christmas 2020, with a total bill of 300+ Euros, just to have a handful delivered to my own door because they mixed up the labels. When I returned to complain the clerk sneakily told me that "only the boss handles complaints" and "he will be in some time this week". Alternatively, I should complain to the Dutch Mail and ask them for a refund. Obviously they do handle mistakes made by a private company. So no refund, had to post again (at 12 Euros a package to the US this is a chunk of money, not to mention the fact that Christmas packages were late!). I will never use this shop again
