Op dat briefje zie je een tracking-code, niet de afzender van het pakje. Ons wordt gevraagd van wie het pakje komt. Net als veel mensen bestellen wij veel online, dus weten we niet van wie het pakje komt. Geirriteerd wordt gezocht, niets gevonden en gevraagd of het wellicht uit het buitenland komt. Kennelijk heeft men een systeem van bewaren dat anders is dan de informatie die je als klant zeker hebt, nl je adres en het trackingnr. Misschien kan dat beter. Geen fijne ervaring van het ophalen van een pakje zo. Now happened twice, with a year or more in between: we report with the postman's letter. You will see a tracking code on the note, not the sender of the package. We are asked from whom the package comes. Like many people, we order a lot online, so we don't know who the package comes from. Angered, searched, nothing found and asked if it might come from abroad. Apparently they have a system of storage that is different from the information that you as a customer certainly have, namely your address and the tracking number. Maybe that could be better. Not a nice experience of picking up a package like that.
J	Jan-Willem Dannenberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achter in the Read Shop zit een postnl punt, ook voor consumenten. Werkt snel geen lange wachttijden. Wel lastig om per auto te bereiken. Makkelijkst is aan de doorgaande straat of er achter te parkeren. There is a postnl point at the back of the Read Shop, also for consumers. Does not work quickly with long waiting times. Difficult to reach by car. It is easiest to park on the main street or behind it.
