M	Miranda Toebak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uiterst onvriendelijke mensen. Kijken al chagrijnig als je binnen komt. En kijken je niets eens aan als ze wat aan je vragen. Vertikten het ook om mijn pakketje te zoeken, terwijl ze wisten dat ik geen briefje in mijn brievenbus had gekregen. Extremely unfriendly people. Look grumpy when you come in. And don't even look at you if they ask you something. They also refused to find my package, while they knew that I had not received a note in my mailbox.
F	Fiona Lod on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze konden mijn pakketje niet vinden terwijl ik een briefje van Postnl had gekregen. Ze beweren zelfs dat Postnl het pakketje niet bij hun heeft afgeleverd. Even gebeld naar Postnl en dat blijkt dus een leugen te zijn. Medewerker van Postnl zegt dat het pakketje is gescand en daar gewoon moet liggen. De service bij dit pakketpunt is echter zo slecht dat ik nog steeds mijn pakketje niet heb gekregen, ze hebben het nog steeds niet voor me gevonden en doen ook niet de moeite. They could not find my package while I had received a letter from Postnl. They even claim that Postnl did not deliver the package to them. Just called Postnl and that appears to be a lie. Postnl employee says the package has been scanned and should simply lie there. However, the service at this package point is so bad that I still have not received my package, they still have not found it for me and do not bother.

Always very friendly and helpful towards me. ? I often come there with my mail, they also have nice baby presents and craft supplies there.
C	Cihangir Alagoz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een hele lieve gozer die super klantvriendelijk is. Laat altijd mijn pakketjes bij hun bezorgen en heb tot nu toe geen enkel probleem gehad. A very sweet guy who is super customer-friendly. Always have my parcels delivered to them and have not had any problem so far.

Said that it's not his job to help me (because postNL has lost my parcel and my Latvian phone didn't reach the support number, so I asked him to call from his phone. it was a FREE line) but he started yelling at me and said that I should go away because he is not going to help me. Completely disappointed in my fist post NL experience. Just horrible service, completely horrible unprofessional staff, didn't expect to get this. Left the complain on their site. I hope this man will get more pleasure in this life. Not only selling tabac and offend costumers.
S	Stas Hagemans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to transfer the ownership of my car. Even when the website of the dmv said I only needed 2 pieces of paper and an ID they refused to transfer ownership. Went to the next shop and it was not problem.

First times had supposedly received a package but had no note left in my mailbox, came twice with a tracking number, both time they barely checked or simply refused to find it. Other times getting and sending post were better.
E	Eve Carbin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in here a few times and been treated well. My Dutch is poor and so I was spoken to in English and he was very helpful. Not sure how other people had such a bad visit, but my experience is a good one, I will return here whenever I need to use the post office.
