★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slecht pakketpunt; in die zin dat het erg verwarrend is waar je paket precies geleverd is: in de automaat of bij de klantenservice binnen in de winkel. Ik ben laatst een week bezig geweest om er achter te komen dat mijn pakket in de winkel lag ipv in de pakketautomaat, waar je een code voor nodig hebt. Probleem was dat ik de code niet kreeg van postnl omdat ik -naar achteraf bleek- het pakket binnen kon afhalen, terwijl mijn app aangaf dat het in de automaat lag. Klantenservice binnen overigens wel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Bad package point; in the sense that it is very confusing where exactly your package has been delivered: in the vending machine or at customer service inside the store. I recently spent a week finding out that my package was in the store instead of in the parcel machine, for which you need a code. The problem was that I did not receive the code from PostNL because - as it turned out - I could collect the package, while my app indicated that it was in the machine. Customer service inside is also very friendly and helpful.
