Huge customer-unfriendly service. Employee responds grumpy and is not willing to give decent advice. I will no longer send packages here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In de Jumbo kun je je pakketje afhalen of versturen. Als je ophaalt, neem dan een Identiteitsbewijs mee. Versturen gaat ook. Er zijn diverse dozen beschikbaar om je pakket in te versturen, maar de keuze is beperkt. Beter dus je pakket thuis inpakken.
You can pick up or send your package in the Jumbo. When you collect, bring a proof of identity with you. Sending is also possible. There are various boxes available to send in your package, but the choice is limited. So it is better to pack your package at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to post international letterbox. Guy didn't understand English well(even no problem w my English) and without measuring the length properly, just repeated "Can't send it because it doesn't fit the size". Eventually I found another service point and solved it. Please find other service point if you want to post international parcels.
