★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One year ago, it was one of my fav place to eat a burger. I dont know what happened but now burgers are terrible; mine was totally burnt, hard and dry, not juicy like before. Only fries and onion rings were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered from this place a few times, both the hamburgers and the sandwiches during lunchtime. The sandwich I ordered a long time ago was great, but the burger I just ordered made me nauseous. I ordered a Bacon + Cheese burger menu. The fries were clearly old, as there was little crunch to them. But I ordered here because of the burger of course! I was very unhappy to find the burger itself to be extremely dry, almost burnt, while the inside of the burger was somehow still a bit red.
Like a fellow reviewer said, the variety in quality is immense. Ordering from this place is like playing russian roulette, do not do it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered at 17 for my food to arrive at 19:30. When it was 20:00 and my food had still to arrive, we called to the restaurant to see how much longer it would take, they said: "the food is on the way", not even a sorry for the delay, or a compensation of any sort. The food arrived 20:30. I live 10 minutes away walking, 5 minutes by bike. The food was cold. Never received an apologise. I will not order from here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there a couple of times, service is extremely slow even with an empty venue; the only vegetarian option looks a bit poor on filling compared to the regular one. Chips are industrial made in the lunch menu, while in the evening with the burger they are regular fries. I'd advise to just go in the evening when burger business is active

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. Delivery takes longer than an hour! Also, a super cheap place. This is the type of place where you pay everything for add-ons. The type of place where they come with a 'deal' but do not mention the conditions of that deal. I recommend going literally anywhere else for a burger.
