Online bestellen is enorm toegenomen en wij worden bedolven onder de pakketten. Onze verdiensten zijn echt minimaal voor het aannemen of verzenden van een pakket slechts een paar cent. Dus daarom lieve mensen kunnen wij geen pakketten meer dicht gaan plakken. I work at that location myself and I find it bad to read how it is written. Online ordering has increased enormously and we are overwhelmed with packages. Our earnings are really minimal for accepting or sending a package just a few cents. So, dear people, we can no longer seal parcels.

Ik heb altijd het gevoel dat ik tot last ben als ik kom voor m’n pakketje, omdat ze dan een andere kassa moeten bedienen voor het pakket. Wordt niet gezegd, maar non-verbaal wel duidelijk gemaakt. Maar vandaag spande wel de kroon. Ik kocht een pakket om iets te verzenden, maar het pakket was een fractie te klein en daarom vroeg ik voor de zekerheid om een plakbandje. De mevrouw achter de kassa zei: ‘Dat wordt dan wel een klein plakbandje, want wij geven normaal geen plakband. U moet uw eigen plakband meenemen.’ Oké, prima. Maar ik kom hier niet meer. Last time they told me that they sent my post back, but after checking with postnl, they ' found' there... Avoid the place if possible...

All the people working have always been kind and helpful to us. After seeing the negative reviews I had to write one because there are too many primadonnas here who look for any excuse to criticize and I don’t think this rating is fair.
