S	Selim Abra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 2euro POSTNL shipment, because she “ears less than she pays” 1)didn’t accept my credit card 2) she didn’t accept my cash because I didn’t have change and me to go and change it. I went to about 4 stores to change it but none would. So I went to another POSTNL store.
S	Sam DiVita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner was very nice contrary to other reviews here. Helped us send a package back to the US. Does have a small extra charge for using credit card though, but allowed us to go to the nearest atm to get the cash we needed.

She only services Dutch people well. I suspect she has a deeply rooted aversion against foreigners.I thought that racism in the Netherlands was not an issue, but unfortunately she proves that wrong. It is a shame. I hope that a new manager is appointed shortly as the shop location is excellent, right next to the Museum Square.
D	Doorjé Animashaun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I urge you to NOT visit this place. The owner verbally assaulted/attacked me and threw my packages on the ground. I came back a second time to double check if I made a mistake during the shipping process. She started frowning and expressing negative comments. I told her that her energy was unwelcoming and there was no reason for her to treat people this way. Turns out her husband died... however this is no excuse to treat paying customers in such manner. She also threaten to call the cops on me if I ever returned to her store. Please ship your packages somewhere else guys. The owner is delusional and unethical in so many ways.

The cost is too low, you can’t pay by card, you are bringing the package at the wrong time of day, the writing is wrong, the time of collection of a letter is wrong and so on. The Dutch do not seem to get the same treatment, in front of me she has been polite and considerate to them no matter what the issue...

She threw me a envelope and a pen.There must have been some things that ignored me because I am Asian. I had a bad memory in Amsterdam because of her. I wonder if she will deliver my postcard well.
