 Always friendly and fast. Maybe limited interaction, but wmb isn't necessary for a packet point either.

Either do not want to accept return packages (probably because they get more commission for only distributing), do not accept post (told me to go find a post box), and did not want to change my package to a track and trace. Save your troubles and go to another post office. Very rude and unhelpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 00000 if I could! Even one star is too much for this shop! I wanted to post a letter from this shop and the staff took care of stamps and the rest. The letter was returned to my address after 5 days due lack of enough stamp! When I went there to discuss this with them, the staff deleted the business to another staff making me to go back another day and talk to another staff!!! This time the person just said “it happens” (which I could understand) without mentioning their fault for wasting my time for two weeks delaying delivery of my documents to the address. Even when I wanted to make them aware of the right by asking for recompense of the stamp cost, the person reacted as if I am starving for €2!!! I wish I had the same self-observation model!
