★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn favoriete winkel in Amsterdam voor Vintage designer spullen. Ik kan er nooit met lege handen naar huis. Word altijd vriendelijk geholpen en ik kom er heel graag! Van mij krijgen ze een dikke 10!
My favorite store in Amsterdam for Vintage designer stuff. I can never go home empty handed. Always get friendly help and I love coming here! They get a big 10 from me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such unpleasant experience unfortunately. The owner did not greet me and did not reach out to me when I was trying on an item. I did notice that a lady walked in straight after me and with the most upbeat cheery voice she said hello and if you need anything please let me know ( I wondered why she did not acknowledge me .. maybe she did not like what I was wearing or the way I looked????) . It was just me and one other lady in the store... I tried something on and she ignored me. It was a shame because I liked the top but I was not prepared to spend my money there. I wanted to share the feedback about my experience so I did. The lady who turned out to be the owner of the store shrugged her shoulders and said to me well I had not her greeted her so she wasn't prepared to greet me...i found that quite bizzare .. to be honest I didn't realize I was supposed to greet her first and even if that had been the case still not to approach me when I was trying something on (the store was practically empty). Terrible customer servoce I don't expect to be greeted in every store I walk into but this was a VERY strange . I don't see this store lasting if this is how they practice good customer service! Never to visit and I would advise others to visit elsewhere before considering this store!
