★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Pferd wurde von NRW in die Schweiz gebracht. Der Fahrer war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Leider wurde aber mein vorbereitetes Futter nicht gefüttert (am Abend & am Morgen in der Unterkunft).
Ich weiss nicht woran es lag, aber mein Pferd hatte bei Ankunft die Schweifrübe ziemlich wund, war er zu lang für den LKW?
Die Kommunikation war leider auch nicht immer die beste, auf Mails wurde teilweise gar nicht geantwortet.
Und trotzdem bin ich zufrieden, da mein Pferd - bis auf die Wunde am Schweif gesund und munter am Ziel angekommen ist.

My horse was brought to Switzerland from NRW. The driver was very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, my prepared food was not fed (in the evening & in the morning at the accommodation).
I don't know why, but my horse's tail was sore on arrival, was it too long for the truck?
Communication was unfortunately not always the best, sometimes emails were not answered at all.
And yet I am satisfied because my horse - except for the wound on the tail - has arrived safely and happily at the destination.
Thanks a lot for this!
