★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds 1 januari zijn wij overgegaan op een nieuw #kassasysteem van #povis, na 9 maanden hebben we iets neergezet wat echt waanzinnig is!
Uniek in de branche, en andere branches….zo hebben we o.a een koppeling met #exactonline voor de boekhouden die onze accountant weer gebruikt, en een koppeling met #moneybird voor #Facturatie omdat dit super gebruiksvriendelijk is, en zeer veel mogelijkheden heeft.
Ook zijn we binnenkort live met een nieuw #online order systeem dat we op klant of bedrijf niveau kunnen aanmaken in de eigen online omgeving van de klant of bedrijf, en dit allemaal gekoppeld aan het kassa systeem van #povis

 Since January 1, we have switched to a new #POS system from #povis, after 9 months we have put down something that is really amazing!
Unique in the industry, and other industries....for example, we have a link with #exactonline for accounting that our accountant uses again, and a link with #moneybird for #Invoicing because this is super user-friendly and has many options.
We will also soon be live with a new #online order system that we can create at customer or company level in the customer's or company's own online environment, and this is all linked to the #povis cash register system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our club has a bar and refreshment stand in the clubhouse. We originally bought this as a way to track what we're using for inventory control, but we're finding it mad the bartender's job easier as well. Pretty simple to program, we set it up for 2 digit codes on items (we don't have 100 menu items, so that works) and reports allow us to easily review how much of what we are using to replenish and if we need to increase or decrease inventory of something. The cash drawer is solidly built, the display easy to read, and programming was a snap.
