Normaliter ben ik angstig voor de tandarts, maar werd zo vriendelijk behandeld.. echt top! Today I was super well helped by a very friendly dentist and assistant. Normally I am afraid of the dentist, but was treated so kindly .. really great!

Kan deze praktijk aan iedereen aanraden Super friendly dentist! Root canal treatment felt no pain clearly explained and you hardly feel the sting of the anesthetic yourself. Can recommend this practice to everyone
A	Angelika A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb twee keer gebeld en gevraagd of je moest betalen voor de controle. Ik kreeg antwoord dat nee. Ik kreeg een factuur van 40 euro. Ik heb het betaald, maar ik beschouw als oplichterij! Te meer dat maken van tanden meer dan duizend euro kost. I called twice and asked if you had to pay for the check. I got an answer that no. I got an invoice for 40 euros. I paid it but I consider it a scam! The more so that making teeth costs more than a thousand euros.
M	Marion Fois on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een hele vakkundige en vriendelijke endodontoloog. Ook de tandartsassistente en de meiden achter de balie waren zeer begaan. Ik werd regelmatig door hen gebeld toen ik met een ontsteking zat of het nog ging en ben een paar keer behandeld. Het is natuurlijk geen feest om hier naartoe te moeten maar deze endodontoloog en zijn team maken het wel makkelijker. A very skilled and friendly endodontologist. The dental assistant and the girls behind the desk were also very committed. I was regularly called by them when I had an infection to see if it was still OK and I was treated a few times. Of course it is not a pleasure to have to go here, but this endodontologist and his team make it easier.

Ik word gebeld voor een afspraak te maken, krijg je 2 weken later (vandaag) een onpersoonlijk Sms'je dat "afspraak niet doorgaat, meer informatie heeft uw tandarts , nieuwe afspraak maken kan pas eind februari" . Waar slaat dit op, bel gewoon op en kom met uitleg. Ik raad deze praktijk zeker niet aan en krijgt mijn tandarts ook ff te horen. Bad, very bad. I was referred to this practice. I am called to make an appointment, 2 weeks later (today) you will receive an impersonal SMS that "appointment is cancelled, your dentist has more information, you can only make a new appointment at the end of February". What does this mean, just call and explain. I certainly do not recommend this practice and my dentist will also hear it.

I can only recommend everyone that is locking for a skilled, experienced, honest and friendly dentist practice, don’t look any further. You will be in the most competent hands, as the entire team is on the top of their game. Since I had a really tricky gum infection that no other doc could help me with, I even call Dr. Schaefer and his team an artist collective:) Further I had a bridge done, which any other dentist wanted to chop of two teeth. They found a way how to keep one intact, and magically fix the bridge without loosing unnecessary teeth:) Thank you team for your greatness! Veronika
