★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is a disaster in this place. They are not willing to help you when you ask them for different sizes. They avoid eye contact, always busy talking between them. It looks more like a sabotage. Maybe they are underpaid. They do not even salute you. For a brand like this is unacceptable. PS By far the most impolite is a girl who speaks french...reall rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude customer service. Didn’t even approach customers to provide service and just stood around talking to each other and judging customers that entered the store. Store attendants made funny faces and showed disgusting looks at each other while serving us. Had receipts and purchases thrown at us with a very sarcastic remark of “thank you”. Very bad representation of the brand and service despite being a luxury brand. Would never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good store. Has lot of collection new and and old. The outlet price is very attractive then the normal shop in city. The staff is very helpful will all the sizes and they have a very good system of buying so that you don't have to carry the products to the counter for billing all of your choices have already been passed on to the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff has terrible altitude and impatient. Cold face seems like you owe her money. An sale assistent imitated the way I talk to another one, when I was paying. That’s super impolite. The worst Prada store I have ever been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude security staff. I tried to go there on a Tuesday evening. There was no line at all so I walked in. Then this security man tells me I have to walk back to the entrance!! So then I went back to the entrance, and he impolitely tells me I have to wait until I am allowed in. There was almost no one in the store! What a sad case of powerplay. Of course I did not enter and continued elsewhere, I am glad I did this as I found what I was looking for at Kate Spade, where they provided me great service and very friendly assistance.

Personal doesn’t help at all, they only talk and laugh with each other.
I asked 5 different products for other sizes. The lady answered me she knows all products and because of that she doesn’t need to look for it!
She left me alone with the wrong size!
The complete team should be quit and a new customer friendly one should be hired!
