She e-mailed about this matter to which nobody ever responded and yet she was still charged for her appointment because she didn't cancel 'in time'. I'd never recommend anyone going here.

Thanks to her encouragement and (expert, research based) advice I was able to return multiple times to my GP with her recommendations for investigations and treatment. She encouraged me to advocate for the medical treatment that i needed, which i am certain i never would have got without her. Highly recommend.
