Top service! Echte vakkennis! Wij weten voortaan wie we moeten bellen. While another repairer had already written off our washing machine this morning, we went for a "second opinion" and PRB Repair had the machine working again within half an hour. Top service! Real expertise! From now on we know who to call.

Bleek toch niet dat te zijn wat hij eerder als probleem had geconstateerd. Het bleek de printplaat. Kosten ruim € 200,00. Hij had geen zin om de printplaat te repareren. Ik wel. Dus 2 soldeerpuntjes op de printplaat opnieuw gesoldeerd en hij deed het weer. The repairman came by and knew almost immediately what 'the problem' was. Ordered a new part and it came back a few days later. Turned out not to be what he had previously identified as a problem. It turned out to be the circuit board. Costs over € 200.00. He didn't feel like repairing the circuit board. I do. So 2 solder points on the circuit board re-soldered and it worked again.
