★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have found this service from internet which I thought how can I trust this. But when I spoke with Fred Tokkie, he convinced me that he could do the work as what I needed. He explained thoroughly the work what to be done and how to take care of it. Finally we made a deal for the investigation of an house in Amstelveen and he carried out the work. As a result, this guy keeps standing on me on advising of what the best way to take in order to deal with the seller of the house. He knows what to do and he knows what action to be done to protect the buyer from any unexpected matter when buying a house. I really recommend this guy to any of you who is planning to buy a house to involve him in the buying process so you will be protected in any case of damages may arise such as bad foundation, construction, leakages etc. Well done Fred!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve used Fred three times already while buying a house in Amstelveen/Amsterdam region. His company is honest and they try to do a full assessment of the houses. They are independent and can give good advice on the houses as they are not attached with any brokerage company. He also gave me construction advice on a house which saved us thousands of euros, completely opposite of what the aannemer was saying is not possible. I have found them to be very professional, friendly and independent in their judgement of the property. Highly recommended and I will return as a customer should I plan to buy a property again.
