It was my first time buying a bike in Holland, and Mandy, the woman who guided me the whole time in buying my bike, is a wonderful person. She is so much experienced in bikes & offered me a complete insight into what's and what-not's when investing on a bike. At the end, I ended up not just with an excellent performing bike (riding it now for already 2 weeks perfectly!), but also got all of it for a reasonable amount of money! So, if you are looking for a bike (new or second-hand) in Holland, look no further and come to this shop, because they have amazing people working here who make your visit a happy & fruitful one :) For people, who already have a bike, can also stop by here for maintenance and repairs, because they are open for it almost all days round the year!

Had so many problems with it that I had to go back to the shop for 3 times to fix it and was given a spare bike during the time they took to fix it. The spare bike also had a flat tire so I didn't use it much. Anyway, few months later went back to check a problem I had with the tire and their mechanic said it was just lack of air. It didn't feel right, so I went to another mechanic that found out I had a broken wheel and fixed it. I wouldn't recommend this shop for any repairs at all and perhaps regret buying my bike.

The shopowner and the staff are commited to every customer for making them choose the best bike fit for them. I had a nice experience here and got the most suitable bike for me!! DO VISIT IT!

Not only do they cater your every need but they also really pay attention to what may or may not work for you. In addition to that, they speak very fluent English, so if you are an expat you'd have no problems at all! Secondly, the bikes are greatly priced for students. They have an arrange of options and varieties, whether it is a secondhand bike or a new bike. Overall I am extremely pleased and happy to have experienced their customer service and of course, getting a new bike for a great price! Thank you for everything!

I bought a relatively expensive refurbished 2nd hand bike four months ago. The owner Mandy assured me that I have a 12 month warranty on the bike, as everything should be great condition hence why it's more expensive than your typical 2nd hand bike. One of the tyres blew (Wasn't a new tyre, but the old bald one they left on the bike when I bought it), and they refused to uphold the '12 month warranty' costing me 1/8 of the bikes original purchase price. So moral of the story is despite all their smiles & promises be very careful of their "12 month warranty" as it's doesn't seem get honored unfortunately.

She was very good and nice to me, positive and patient person who ask me the right questions and show me right bike's. She gave me chance to ride self the bikes so I can make best choise with the help of best seller in this store! It is pleasure for her to do her job in best way! While I was choosing my bike I have seen and hear she help other customers too! I am happy to say there is still people working with desire and loving their jobs. Only when your job is your hobby then you can be best in your job! Sucsses to Mandy and the team of this store! They are doing great job!

The other shops did not have much variety and asked us to order it online. This shop was by far the best with lots of variety for youngsters. Friendly service. The representative listened to my daughter's needs and advised me to make the bike future proof. In addition, she took the time to find the right size helmet for my daughter and to adjust it for us. Overall a good experience, and we will be back to buy our e-bikes later this year.

They sell both new and secondhand bicycles of all varieties and at all price points, so you are guaranteed to find what you're looking for. I bought a secondhand bike here today and was able to give it a test ride before purchasing. What's also great is that the bike comes with a 1-year warranty. If you're in/around Den Haag and looking for a bicycle, this is the place I would recommend you to go!
