★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oudere blonde dame die hier werkt is onvriendelijk en passief agressief. Ze weigerde mijn pakketje als brievenbus pakketje te versturen, terwijl het wel door de brievenbus past en nota bene bij mij als zodanig was bezorgd. Bij een ander postnl punt bleek inderdaad dat het gewoon als brievenbuspakketje verstuurd kon worden en dat hebben ze dan ook gedaan. Terwijl ik niets onaardigs zei: schreeuwde de dame mij tot ik ver buiten de deur was heel overdreven meerdere keren na: “nog en hele prettige dag” en “geniet van de zon”. Heel onprettige ervaring. Ik ga hier niet meer heen. Jammer want jongen die er werkt is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Arme ziel, met zo een vreselijk zure collega.
Older blond lady working here is unfriendly and passive aggressive. She refused to send my package as a letterbox package, even though it fits through the letterbox and was delivered to me as such. At another postnl point it turned out that it could indeed be sent as a letterbox package and that is what they did. While I didn't say anything rude, the lady yelled at me until I was way out the door several times after: “have a nice day” and “enjoy the sun”. Very unpleasant experience. I'm not going here anymore. Too bad because the guy who works there is very friendly and helpful. Poor soul, with such a terribly sour colleague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service as usual for so many years already. Do NOT even think about receiving a package here. It will be lost for hours or days inside the store which is a complete mess. They always tell the same story about dhl, post nl that they send the notifications earlier, this is just BS… is the 3rd time I have a lost package in this place. Rude, impolite and xenophobic employees. I saw the old man who seems to be on charge shouting at a woman because she just wanted to send something to Ukraine, he start complaining about she didn’t say goodbye when se was living the store and the complains became so aggressive… he called the lady rude and abnormal people. When obviously the only abnormal and rude people are the ones behind the desk. OUTRAGEOUS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was OK until the unpolite yet rude xenophobic "so called customer service" punk starts questioning the spelling on the documents -- asked me over 9 times and I answered yes and I was tired. Psychopath!
PS. This store had over 70% negative reviews -- unemployment is not nice!
