★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service prima. Maar met één werknemer in de zaak komt het wel eens voor dat een telefoongesprek voorrang heeft op de fysiek aanwezige klant en wordt dat telefoongesprek niet snel afgewikkeld. Waardoor je lang moet wachten.
 Service fine. But with one employee in the business, it sometimes happens that a telephone call has priority over the physically present customer and that telephone call is not resolved quickly. Which makes you have to wait a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always send my mail in primera and never had a problem. Today, there was an old lady, could be the owner, she refused to send my mail forcing me to buy the whole strip of 10 stamps while I needed only 7, otherwise I had to pay 1 euro per stamp. I asked her if that's the new rule and she said yes that's the rule only in Voorschoten. We have contacted postnl telling them what happened. Postnl confirmed that it was not acceptable and she is not allowed to charge extra money (untaxed) and that they are going to file a complaint. So sad. It is difficult for some people to just be nice but they decide instead to change the law whenever they want because you don't want to follow their orders.
