★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived in the NL for many years and service is not always the best , but this is one of the least helpful, very unfriendly, arrogant and not willing to help place ever. Wanted to post a small item. Bought a box. Asked if maybe that had a sheet of water paper to help keeping things in the box in place. Nope ... More like go away , get your box and leave me alone .
So of course we left and got our business somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to pick-up my parcel multiple times and was faced with a "we don't have it / it's lost" comment. Called PostNL and parcel was at this shop but is now being returned to sender since I "did not pick it up". Even though I tried to pick-it up 3x but according to the shop employees it was lost.
I wish PostNL will never send my parcels to this shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here to add money to our transit cards. When we walked in, the machine had a sign on it stating it was broken. After the machine in the Albert Hein refused our non-European debit cards, we needed a way to add funds. The young woman behind the counter was very helpful! She was able to add funds to our transit cards and she was very pleasant. More than I can say to the women running the service/cigarette counter at the Albee Hein around the corner. Many thanks to the local dude who suggested we try the Primera.

If you think that you have any value as a person get prepared to have your assumption tested. Ever thought that sending a package could be humiliating? Yes, it can be. On a more serious note, the woman behind the counter should not be allowed to work with the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful shop, really pretty calendars, beautiful cards, some funny stuff, could have spent hours here exploring what the shop has to offer.
There's a post, too, if you need the service.
And plenty of newspapers from countries all over the world.
The stuff is super friendly.
A very nice experience, I want to go back and get some more presents for my family and friends! Very inspiring :)
