B	Beatriz Veríssimo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.Everything is too much to ask even buying stamps. There is no service at all. If you come to the shop to collect a parcel 30 min before closing time they don't give it to you. "At 17:30 the parcel door closes" were the words used. Another time I had to go back twice because they insisted there was no package there for me, turns out they wrote 10 instead of 107 as a house number. The woman with short hair and glasses was super rude, looked for 2 min before giving up and sent me away, I went back the next day and her colleague found it after some persuasion. The rudeness is not due to language differences as I am fluent in Dutch. I have no choice but to use Primera sometimes as post.nl sends your package there if you are not at home. I wish we could block this adress as a post.nl point.

Like some other reviews of this place, I have to say that people there are always impolite but I accepted it so far however today the woman who "helped" me was extremely rude. I wanted to pick up my package and she refused to give it to me because I didn't have a Dutch passport. (I'm not Dutch. I have an EU driving license and ID card) She called me in a very ride voice behind the counter. Completely disrespectful which I did not deserve. If she has a bad day, she should find another way to deal with this and not disrespect the customers! I will NEVER buy anything there again, even if it's a postcard and I hope some other people will read this and decide also not to support these people's turnover but better go somewhere else. There are other nicer shops in the neighborhood!

Being Dutch myself, I can understand the seemingly apathetic mentality, but these degenerates shouldn't be customer-facing. I would hope that Primera does something useful with this feedback, since it seems that this isn't an isolated incident.

After taking my signature, refused to give me the money because internet want down. Made ZERO effort to understand how to manage this tricky situation. Shameful really. Never again.

I have had many terrible experiences here from the staff members having full on shouting matches with each other to me being verbally abused by the shopkeepers. I would advise everyone to avoid this shop at all costs and I would do so myself too, but PostNL keeps delivering my packages here.
