★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De oude man is erg onbeleefd en totaal onvriendelijk, tenzij je een jonge, lange en blonde meid bent. Hij heeft er last van wanneer u pakketten ophaalt en inlevert. Hij laat de klanten wachten tot hij zijn kleine taken heeft voltooid (zoals het regelen van enkele boeken) of, in sommige gevallen, doet hij alsof hij u niet ziet.
Ga voor PostNL naar Primera of een andere plaats.
 The old man is very rude and totally unfriendly, unless you are a young, tall and blonde girl. He is bothered when you pick up and return packages. He lets the customers wait until he has completed his small tasks (such as arranging some books) or, in some cases, pretends he doesn't see you.
For PostNL go to Primera or another place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom hier al jaren met veel plezier, prettige zaak. Al valt het me wel op dat juist klanten hier steeds onbeschofer en agressiever worden. Ik schrik er af en toe echt van wat medewerkers soms naar hun hoofd krijgen.
I have been coming here with great pleasure for years, nice business. Although it strikes me that customers here are becoming more and more rude and aggressive. Sometimes I am really shocked by what employees sometimes get to their heads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The second hand books outside have some real treasures hidden between them sometimes. They're cheap too! However, the store itself is small and doesn't have a lot of selection. The staff is super nice though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful owners, xenophobic behaviour. The couple behind the till made me feel so unwelcome. I am a young woman who just moved to Amsterdam with my family and cannot speak Dutch yet. They were so rude to me and made me feel so unwelcome. This behaviour should be investigated by the authorities and they should not be allowed to continue trading. DO NOT go there, go support another local business instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is purposely rude/mean. Without any reason. Went in to get a package and wasn’t even able to finish my sentence without being barked at and rudely spoken to. If you value your time/how you are spoken to don’t bother going in or getting anything delivered there.
