He is fast in replying to emails/calls, which is something we really appreciated, as timing is very important in the housing market in Delft.
He was available for questions, visits to houses (also first visits) and helping a lot with the language barrier.
He adviced us on a reasonable overbid to do, we would probably have bidden more if we were on our own!
