★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all recommended for anyone! Probably the worst services ever seen in my life.
We, as three international students approached them to rent a penthouse in Delft. The replies over the mails were harsh and the person at the office did not agree to meet up with us because we were 5 minutes late for the scheduled appointment and couldn't find the office in the corner.
I traveled all the way from Gent to Delft to make it to the appointment (which is roughly 150 km) and the audacity with which the agent told us "We have other tenants waiting in the queue as well" was extremely disappointing.
- An extremely disappointed student being treated with utter disrespect in a forward thinking country like the Netherlands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They asked for a cash service fee which is not legally allowed, and mentioned that if I didn’t transfer he will easily give the room to someone else (blackmailing?). Responds poorly to service requests and is unfriendly to especially to internationals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and contact. They ask for extra fee. Don't respond when ask multiple times to fix stuff that were broken before moving to the appartement. Don't provide fire safety and completely not maintain the building and apartments.
Have no control over people subrenting their appartement to random guys. Basically pray on foreign people.
They ignore mails about canceling the contract and then use it as a reason to not pay deposit back. Do not pay any extra fee before you move in! It's illegal to ask if owner of the apartment js already a client!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend "BeHome" and I'm surprised by given poor reviews. Since 2013, I've been living in Delft in different properties provided by BeHome. Never had a problem. They are honest, trustworthy and available when needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this agency due to racist & corrupt practices. Hendrix and Sander are employees of BeHome. I got my place through the agency via their website. The first question I was asked was if I was Indian (which I'm not) and was told we could then move forward with house viewings. This shows a race-based/racist housing process. Additionally, they charged me as a tenant for agency fees which is against the law when the agency represents a landlord (which was the case for me). This shows they are corrupt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this agency. They tried to charge me 300 euro of a "comission fee" which is against the law since they were working for the landlord not for me. I ended up renting with Rotsvast agency which were 100% honest, transparent, and confirmed that what the guy from behome tried to pull is completely illegal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep away from BeHome!!! They wanted to charge me 150 euros in cash as the so-called 'Agency Fee', which in the Netherlands is NOT ALLOWED! And when you pointed out this is not allowed, they will be very rude! If anyone has been charged any fee in cash, you can try to sue them and claim back you money!!!
