D	Daniela Trindade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most real state agencies have a poor quality service after we sign the contract, but this one has its own special way in being bad. Run from them if you don't want issues when renting in the NL.
S	S Mooi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company ever, renting out apartments with water dripping through the roof, and then not payjng the deposit back. Very difficult to reach and lying employees. Dont ever ever rent their properties!!!
J	Joanna Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from PRMD if you can! I rented with them for 6 months, at one point, our walls got wet and moldy (not our fault). PRMD had little regard for us as tenants, only for their property, even though we were exposed to dangerous mold for weeks. Employees and managers came to inspect the apartment multiple times without any results or them doing something for us, stepped on our rugs with their shoes on and paid little respect to us working from home. At the end we weren't able to live there anymore, due to water also coming in through the floor. Basically forced us out, only refunded half of the rent for one month, did not help out with the move financially whatsoever.

The secrataries NEVER know who to put you in contact with. The person in charge of the department you need to be in contact with to solve your problem is NEVER in the office and NEVER gets back to you. The problems you will encounter renting an appartment through their services will takes months to solve even if you call every day!
J	Jarrel - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the past 11 months I have been calling and emailing with maintenance issues, questions and providing documents they should provide by law. I have learned that a standard answer on everything is: "We will come back to you next week". It has been 40 times next week by now :) It's also coincidental that everytime you call the person in charge is either in a meeting, just left the building, is always with a lunch break between 10:00 and 16:00 or any other excuse actually. But they tell you that for sure you will be called back..

They lie to their tenants about the person who is in charge of your house and say that you should email them because everyone is in a meeting all the time! I called one day 5 times for a very serious and exceptional situation and I couldn't get anyone on the phone. They let me wait more than 15 mins, picked up the phone for 1 second and immediately ended the call...??? Their email adres is a bigger joke. You first email them 3 times, then should call 5 times about it and maybe you'll get an answer back 1 month later. Run from this company! We've been waiting for a moldy wall to be fixed for already 3 years. It's as bad as it can get.

Ask top prices and treat you as if you are durt. Worse makelaars ever. After 5 years of living there it took us 2 years to get a small name correction on the contract did they fine us for not paying although the send the letters to the wrong name and adress for 8 months.... you can never have any answers on any questions and their prices are the highest of al renting properties in all of then Hague. Check out day nobody arrived all day the whentvto the wrong house number after being 2 ours too late. To make things short dont do business with this horrible "company" greatest amateurs ever.
