★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company blatently ignores housing regulations and is currently allowing a four bedroom rental above me to be used as two apartments in which the occupants leave the doors open and treat it as one. This is to avoid having the property treated as one apartment of four and soundproofed. He ignores all communications, telephone and email and has also ignored my instruction to have a board meeting to remove him as manger of my VvE. He is also refusing to cooperate with Dutch Toezicht & Handhaving who now have to involve the police in order to inspect the property. I cant get rid of him.
