A	Andre Rau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophe!! Machen ein riesen Aufriss um Kunden zu werben, (viele Mails und Anrufe) und dann bestellt man was und ist enttäucht. Ich bestelle seit Jahren bei verschiedenen Digitaldruckern mit den selben Dateien und es hat immer alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gepasst. Jetzt mit der selben Datei bei Probo Print GmbH bestellt und weiße Blitzer am Rand, es war ein sehr einfacher Auftrag... Forex Platte 3mm 22x24cm beidseitig bedruckt. Die Seite A ist vollständig und korrekt aufgedruckt, nur Seite 2 beinahe 5mm weißer Blitzer am unteren Rand!! Dies passiert wenn man beide Seiten nicht deckungsgleich druckt sondern versetzt zu einander... soweit logisch. Laut Kundenservice heute am Telefon, ist die Datei schuld, super. Seit Jahren drucken mir verschiedene Dienstleister mit der selben Datei alles richtig... bei Probo ist die Datei schuld. :( Bis das nicht geregelt wird nur ein Stern! Catastrophe!! Make a huge breakdown to attract customers (lots of emails and calls) and then you order something and is disappointed. I have been ordering the same files from different digital printers for years and everything has always been to my complete satisfaction. Now ordered with the same file from Probo Print GmbH and white speed cameras on the edge, it was a very easy job ... Forex plate 3mm 22x24cm printed on both sides. The side A is printed completely and correctly, only side 2 almost 5mm white speed camera at the bottom !! This happens if you do not print both sides congruently but offset to each other ... as far as logical. According to customer service on the phone today, the file is to blame, great. Various service providers have been printing everything to me correctly for years with the same file ... Probo is to blame. :( Until that is not regulated only a star!
B	Benjamin Filius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Günstig aber sehr schlechter Service. Schilder wurden 3x beschädigt angeliefert (Verbäult und Verkratzt). Auf eine Gutschrift warte ich immer noch. Anstatt der versprochener Gutschrift Kommen Zahlungserinnerungen mit Automatischen Komentaren und Antworten obwohl darauf hingewiesen wurde das die Offene Rechnung mit der Gutschrift verrrechnet werden soll. Dateien werden nicht angeschaut sondern einfach ohne Verstand gedruckt auch wenn es nur eine kleinigkeit anzupassen gewesen wäre die klar ersichtlich ist. Aufträge konnen nach Upload schon nur Minuten danach nicht gestopt werden und das an einem Sonntag da ascheinend alles Vollautomatisch läuft. Die Produktion läuft Sonntags anscheinend aber es ist niemand bis Montag Nachmittag zu erreichen. Alles in allem toll wenn alles funtionieren würde aber da ist noch viel Luft nach Oben bei der Fehlerquelle Mensch und dem Service... Inexpensive but very bad service. Signs were delivered damaged 3 times (rusted and scratched). I'm still waiting for a credit. Instead of the promised credit, payment reminders come with automatic comments and answers, although it was pointed out that the open invoice should be offset against the credit. Files are not looked at but simply printed out without understanding, even if there was only a small adjustment that is clearly visible. Orders cannot be stopped just minutes after uploading and that on a Sunday everything seems to run fully automatically. Production apparently runs on Sundays but no one will be available until Monday afternoon. All in all great if everything would work, but there is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of the source of error, people and service ...

Auftrag erlebe wünsche ich keinem. Ich bestelle eine 500 Meter Folie bedruckt. liefere Druckdaten im Maßstab 1:100. Geliefert wird ohne jegliche Rückmeldung trotz meinen Hinweisen weisse Unbedruckte Folie . Wer Bestellt verdammt nochmal Digitaldruckfolie ohne Druck? Das sowas durch die Produktion geht ist Unfassbar. To all resellers out there: This print & fulfillment service is a catastrophe. I have been in this business for 12 years and what I experience here after the 2nd assignment I do not wish for anybody. I order a 500 meter foil printed. deliver print data on a scale of 1: 100. White unprinted film is delivered without any feedback, despite my advice. Who the hell will order digital printing film without printing? That something goes through the production is unbelievable.
