★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een mooi fotoboek waarin de bladen mooi open vallen. Doorlopende foto's hebben hierdoor geen onderbreking.
Ondanks de kerst drukte was het album prima optijd geleverd.
De albumsoftware werkt goed op mijn Mac en naast presets makkelijk zelf aan te passen.
Een mooie degelijke kwaliteit voor een goede prijs.
 A beautiful photo book in which the pages fall open nicely. Continuous photos therefore have no interruption.
Despite the Christmas crowds, the album was delivered on time.
The album software works well on my Mac and is easy to adjust in addition to presets.
Nice solid quality for a good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They send me a wrong pictures. Contacted them for this, and they did sent me a correct pictures, albeit a week late. I also exchanged original print with the other adress because I did not feel comfortable of other people having prints of my baby. When I asked for compensation for this they accused me of not contacting them and such. Very arrogant and opinionated sales support, not professional at all. Prints are wonderful, aftersales should aim to copy quality there. Update: was called with apologies, and free shipping on next order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have printed with them on three different occasions, and each time I had an issue with my order. While their prints are sufficient in actual print quality, their ordering process and customer service are severely lacking.The sizes are all mixed up, and you have to resize the photo before you upload it, which isn't the case with other, more professional, printing companies, and be careful because they won't tell you that you need to do this beforehand. Each time I reached out to customer service, I was met with defensiveness and arrogance on their part. I called before finalizing my order, and was assured by customer help that my prints would come out the specific sizes I needed them to be, but when they arrived in the mail, the sizing was off. When I complained they responded by telling me that I can cut my photos with a knife myself. It takes a lot for me to want to leave a bad review, but I just can't in good faith keep using this printing company.

Being a Photographer I chose this lab because of quick delivery and reasonable price. And I paid high price for choosing this lab. On several occasions my prints didn't turn out as expected and I was blamed for almost everything. My screen calibration, scree brightness, day light, kelvin lamps and also my editing style. There is no consistency in their prints which was proved when I re-printed 6 albums. First time it turned out dark and after reprint same album turned out desaturated. Off-course it was waste of money and most importantly time. And exchange of 20 emails for nothing.
Customer service is even worse. There is no way they will listen to my concern and far from acknowledging it.
There are far better labs with friendly customer service. I am glad I found one and very happy with prints (same albums). It makes whole lot of difference to work with people who value you and your TIME.
