★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Continu lekkages en aannemer geeft niet thuis. In bouwproces zijn veel fouten gemaakt. Weinig toezicht op werkzaamheden. Verschillende ongevalideerde meer werken en oplevering ruim 3 weken vertraagd.
 Continuous leaks and contractor doesn't care. Many mistakes were made in the construction process. Little supervision of work. Several accidents caused more works and delivery was delayed by more than 3 weeks.
