F	FCL Laan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na rond snuffelen op internet en wat offertes aangevraagd waar ik niet vrolijk van kon worden kwam ik Pronk kozijnen tegen , zelfs vlak bij mijn woonadres, daar naar binnen gestapt en afspraken gemaakt, nar opmeten en de situatie bekeken te hebben kreeg ik een duidelijke en technisch en prijs technisch een prima offerte. Het ging om een achtergevel van 3 delen. Ik werd zeer uitgebreid geïnformeerd over de mogelijkheden en prima documentatie. De offerte bevestigd en alles in werking gesteld. Wat opvallend was de perfecte duidelijke informatie tijdens het proces. Ook bijzonder was de tip even 2 weken te wachten met bestellen omdat er een kortingsactie van de fabriek kwam, ongelooflijk eigenlijk. Toen de plaatsing, nou wat een vakmensen ze werkte zeer schoon met een minimum aan overlast. De afwerking was ronduit schitterend zowel buiten maar binnen zo mooi. Wat ook fijn was je bent geen nummer Dhr: Pronk kwam ook zelf opmeten en gaf je ook het gevoel een klant te zijn en geen nummer. Dus Pronk kozijnen echt een aanrader. Ze kwamen ALLE afspraken perfect na. After rummaging around on the internet and requesting some quotes that didn't make me happy, I came across Pronk window frames, even close to my home address, walked in there and made agreements, took measurements and looked at the situation, I got a clear and technical and technically a good offer. It concerned a rear facade of 3 parts. I was extensively informed about the possibilities and excellent documentation. The quotation is confirmed and everything is put into operation. What was striking was the perfectly clear information during the process. Also special was the tip to wait 2 weeks before ordering because there was a discount from the factory, unbelievable actually. When the installation, well what a professional she worked very cleanly with a minimum of inconvenience. The finish was absolutely beautiful both outside but so beautiful inside. It was also nice that you are not a number. Mr Pronk also came to measure himself and gave you the feeling of being a customer and not a number. So Pronk frames are highly recommended. They fulfilled ALL agreements perfectly.
P	Peter van Velsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na het maken van de offerte en montage (schuifpui en raamkozijn) volgens planning waren er 2 kleine krasjes zichtbaar geworden na schoonmaken van het glas. De kleine krasjes zijn prima volgens afspraak verwijderd door een ervaren medewerker met een speciaal polijstmachientje. Volgende keer kiezen we weer voor Pronk. Plan is om de kozijnen aan de voorkant en voordeur te vervangen. Ook nu weer volgens advies. Wij hebben gekozen voor gemoffelde aluminium kozijnen waar een kunststof deel in verwerkt is, voor betere isolatie. het triple glas is gas-gevuld voor de beste isolatiewaarde. After making the quotation and assembly (sliding door and window frame) according to plan, 2 small scratches became visible after cleaning the glass. The small scratches are fine removed by agreement by an experienced employee with a special polishing machine. Next time we will choose Pronk again. Plan is to replace the front and front door frames. Again according to advice. Meerderen malen contact opgenomen zou terug gebeld worden keer op keer... nog steeds geen reactie gekregen slechte service... Wij denken dat de business in kozijnen voorrang heeft, dan moet je niet adverteren voor zonwering en zelfs een nieuwe overkapping plaatsen in showroom, zag er allemaal tip top uit. Bij drukte verwacht je wel een telefoontje dat een offerte niet lukt, dan ga je verder kijken. Heel opvallend dat de eigenaar hier wel reactie geeft op positieve reacties, maar niet op de mindere reacties, terwijl ik zou denken dat je als zaak geen negatieve reacties wilt To date, still after more than 3 months no quote, everything measured at home for blinds and roof, 2x in showroom and called. Mensen in de showroom weten waar ze over praten. Geven heldere en duidelijke uitleg en advies. Ongedwongen sfeer en geen verkoop tactieken om je over te halen tot verkoop. Meerdere keren in de showroom geweest met vragen, zonder verwachtingen tot verkoop hebben zij alle vragen keurig beantwoord. Je geeft aan wat je wilt , zij denken mee, geven advies en een prijs. Hoe simpel en fijn kan het zijn. Monteurs die de kozijnen komen plaatsen denken graag mee. Nice Showroom, good advice. Prepare an offer. Had a window installed by Pronk Kozijnen in April 2021. Nice communication. People in the showroom know what they are talking about. Provide clear and clear explanations and advice. Casual atmosphere and no sales tactics to persuade you to sell. Been to the showroom several times with questions, without expectations for sales, they answered all questions neatly. You indicate what you want, they think along, give advice and a price. We have ordered 5 aluminum windows from PROFEL via Pronk. 3 of these windows let a flow of air enter on the bottom part of the frame. Our front door and a window are not aligned with the frame and a clear gap lets air enter. The communication is a nightmare, and emails are ignored. When you try to reach them on the phone, you will hear multiple excuses and will never be called back. It usually took 2-3 weeks to have any kind of feedback. After the defect on the windows have been noticed due to cold weather, Pronk tried to fix it but without success. They damaged the walls. After that, they said that PROFEL was responsible. But we have never heard anything from PROFEL. Be aware that spending a lot of money on windows will not guarantee you that you will have a good result. We regret to have selected this company and windows. We are now living in a very cold living room with an air draft. We must use blankets to cover to bottom of the door and window to limit the cold entering. And we have no other means than struggling with lawyers to get our money back because no one seems motivated to fix the windows.
