W	Wim Wetzels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke zaak maar de service was in ons geval niet best. Of liever de service was ronduit slecht. Vier eetkamerstoelen plus service contract gekocht. Na levering bleek dat we de wieltjes, die veel te groot waren, zelf moesten monteren. Een soort Ikea verhaal dus, behalve dat je er bij Ikea een handleiding bij krijgt. Na veel heen en weer getelefoneer kwam er dan iemand van Pronto om de wielen (dat moet u eigenlijk echt zelf doen) te monteren. Omdat dit zeker in de fabriek had moeten gebeuren zitten ze er nu niet echt lekker onder. Verschillende malen foto's gemaakt, "expert" erbij etc.etc. Eind van het liedje: nee hoor, sorry het is toch echt allemaal zoals het moet..... Dus: nooit meer Pronto. Nice place, but the service was not good in our case. Or rather the service was downright bad. Bought four dining room chairs plus service contract. After delivery it turned out that we had to assemble the wheels, which were much too big, ourselves. A kind of Ikea story, except that you get a manual at Ikea. After a lot of calls back and forth, someone from Pronto came to assemble the wheels (you really have to do that yourself). Because this should have been done in the factory, they are not really comfortable now. Several times taken pictures, "expert" there, etc.etc. End of the song: no, sorry, it's all as it should be ..... So: never again Pronto.

Op de raam staat ook zondag 12 tot 5 uur geopend. Maar jullie zijn gesloten... wel onduidelijk voor de klanten en zonde voor de benzine nu. Op Google stond er namelijk dat je open was van 12 tot 5 uur. Maar als ik nu vandaag kijk 11-10 staat er zondag gesloten volgens mij maakt google een rare fout. I'd let you know if you're not open. You would be open today October 10 from 12 to 5 pm Sunday.... it is also online that you are open. The window also says open on Sundays from 12 to 5 p.m. But you are closed... unclear for the customers and a shame for the petrol now. Google said you were open from 12 noon to 5 p.m. But when I look today 11-10 it says closed on Sunday I think google is making a weird mistake.
