There is no comparison with the cheaper stuff you can buy at Ikea or other chain stores. We were impressed by the personal service, the perfect fit of all our blinds and screens (all made-to-measure) and also by caring after-sales service when we needed it (at no extra cost). Our new blinds make our entire flat feel more classy and expensive, so good is the quality - not to mention that they really do regulate the temperature when it gets too hot outside. And the insect screens are just perfect - you hardly notice they are there, and now no more worries with mosquitoes etc. Thank you very much Hans and team! Simon & Elisabeth

Initially they were a bit reluctant to help, but after I persuaded them that I could not fix the problem they offered an amazing service. The owner came to my apartment to ‘investigate’ and a few weeks later (it was just before Xmas!) he came back to replace the whole mechanism. Hans, the owner, is a very professional and knowledgeable man. Thanks for helping me out. ?.

We are very glad that we chose Protectsun in the end. We have only good things to say about the owners, who advised us on the products and provided us with a competitive quotation. There was no “hard sell” and they were more than happy to come by to take measurements when we followed up with them some time later. Since then, we have had the blinds installed and they have made a huge difference for us. Our apartment is now a much better temperature in the summer sun, and we can use our living room again without having to resort to wheeling out the air conditioner! The blinds they installed fit absolutely perfectly, and were of very high quality materials. Fitted blinds can be (very) expensive, but we think that what we received was worth every cent that we paid. All in all I can only recommend Protectsun. Really nice people who were very diligent with their work, selling very high quality products. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I got a measuring appointment quickly and my blinds arrived within the stated time. I’m very happy with my blinds, that I purchased for large patio doors. They provide excellent privacy, shade. I was worried that they would detract from my door’s, but they blend in perfectly and are virtually unnoticeable when up, which is just what I wanted. It was a pleasure being a customer and working with people who so obviously take pride and enjoyment in making their customers happy and providing a great product and service.

I came in with curtains in mind but they were able to provide other recommendations that better suited the set up of my living room. I was able to get an appointment for custom measurements within a week after visiting the shop. The owner, Hans, was very friendly, precise in taking the measurements and helpful in finding a solution for blinds in our office (I had steel frame glass door in the office that I needed blinds for). The Roman blinds for my living room are beautiful and the perfect color that matches the living room. The blinds were on the pricey side but that was because I chose a very high quality and elegant fabric. They also offered more affordable material for the blinds. Hans was kind enough to offer me a bit of a discount on my total purchase. The after service was excellent! I had a small issue with one of the blinds and Hans responded to my email immediately despite being away on holiday. They also called me as soon as they were back from holidays and scheduled an appointment a couple days later to come and get the blinds. Hans did not charge me for the repair and someone came on a weekend to install the blinds once it was repaired. Overall I am very happy with my blinds and the service from Protectsun, I highly recommend them!
