โ โ โ โ โ KIJK UIT MENSEN!!!! wij kwamen in de winkel om een mondkapje te kopen, aanbieding 6 mondkapjes voor 10 euro, wij kopen maar 2 mondkapjes, na thuiskomst kom ik erachter dat er 20 euro is afgeschreven!! Omdat de pin zover weg staat achter het plexiglas scherm dat je als klant niet kan zien hoeveel je betaald!!
Er word aangeven dat de eigenaar denkt dat wij bij de winkel ernaast zijn geweest, dit is absoluut niet waar! Wij zijn in deze winkel geweest wat dus ook word vermeld bij de afschrijving bij de bank.
Het gaat mij niet om het bedrag die kan ik wel missen, waarschijnlijk (mijn mening) hebben ze die 20 euro hard nodig??
Ik heb deze review aangepast doordat de eigenaar gerechtelijke stappen wil ondernemen? (Zie antwoord)toch wil ik graag dit verhaal delen en mensen bewust maken om zeer oplettend te zijn!!
 LOOK OUT PEOPLE !!!! we came to the shop to buy a face mask, offer 6 face masks for 10 euros, we only buy 2 face masks, after returning home I find out that 20 euro has been debited !! Because the pin is so far behind the plexiglass screen that you as a customer cannot see how much you paid !!
It is indicated that the owner thinks we have been to the store next door, this is absolutely not true! We have been in this store, which is also stated in the debit at the bank.
I am not concerned with the amount I can spare, probably (in my opinion) they desperately need that 20 euros??
I modified this review because the owner wants to take legal action? (See answer) still I would like to share this story and make people aware to be very attentive !!

โ โ โ โ โ Toevallig hier beland omdat ik behoefte had aan een kopje koffie en dit op de route lag. De koffie was goed warm, maar na enkele minuten zonder een slok te nemen was mijn cappuccino veranderd in een koffie met havermelk. Het schuim was niet heel goed dus en de havermelk smaakte ook helaas wat minder lekker. Desalniettemin vond ik het personeel wel vriendelijk (ik kon even plaatsnemen bij het wachten op mijn koffie) en het aanbod in de winkel erg goed. Ik wil zeker nog een keer wat vegan ijs proberen. Ook zag ik dat ze hoogwaardige (vegan) sportsupplementen en proteรฏnepoeders verkochten die ik vroeger vaak gebruikte. Voor koffie zou ik dus ergens anders gaan, maar voor de rest zag het eruit als een prima zaak.

Ik wil even verduidelijken dat ik de havermelk cappuccino in bovenstaande review niet vergelijk met een koemelk cappuccino. Ik drink al jaren uitsluitend koffie met plantaardige melk, waaronder regelmatig havermelk cappuccino's, dus geloof dat ik voldoende in staat ben hierover te oordelen. Ik vind het erg jammer dat op mijn review zo belerend en klantonvriendelijk wordt gereageerd. Zeker omdat ik in bovenstaande review ook liet blijken dat ik over de rest van de zaak positief was en van plan was nog een keer terug te komen.
Ended up here by chance because I needed a cup of coffee and this was on the route. The coffee was quite hot, but after a few minutes without taking a sip my cappuccino had turned into a coffee with oat milk. The foam was not very good and the oat milk unfortunately also tasted a bit less tasty. Nevertheless, I found the staff friendly (I could take a seat while waiting for my coffee) and the range in the store very good. I definitely want to try some vegan ice cream again. I also saw that they sold high-quality (vegan) sports supplements and protein powders that I used often. So for coffee I would go elsewhere, but otherwise it looked like a fine place.
Addition in response to owner's response:
I would like to clarify that I am not comparing the oat milk cappuccino in the above review with a cow's milk cappuccino. I have been drinking only plant-based milk coffee for years, including regular oat milk cappuccinos, so I believe I am sufficiently capable of judging this. I am very sorry that my review is so pedantic and customer unfriendly. Especially because in the above review I also showed that I was positive about the rest of the case and that I intended to come back again.

โ โ โ โ โ Shop looks nice and the owner was very friendly to make food for us even though it was just before closing time. We really liked the burger and sides but the "Peruvian potato soup" tasted like the Maggie instant tomato soup with a few mashed potatoes inside. But maybe Maggie stole the spice and herbs mix from the Peruvians, who am I to tell? Food, service and location would have deserved 4 stars. The reason why it is only two stars is this: even though the owner assured me a couple of times that "everything is 100% vegan" I saw Bounty and Snickers bars on display for sale that were not vegan. Also the peppermint pastille he gave me at the end of my meal for free had gelatine in it so was far from being vegan!!! This whole experience leaves me feel uneasy and makes me wonder whether my dinner really was all vegan or not since the owner apparently doesn't pay attention to details where in fact he should when advertising it as a "fully vegan"shop. I will definitely not come here again and recommend to any vegan to check the labels and ask questions before consuming anything in there.
