great service with very kind people. i am always very happy when I come out! this time I asked to do a special design from a photo and they gladly accepted.

We love the Royal Nail House pedicure. Our feet look Happy & Sexy, beautiful & great again. Also they feel soft as cat. The price is good and the girls there are very friendly and professionals. Just do IT!! Youre feet feels better & Happy.

I went to the salon today and it is going to be the first and last time I ever go there. I had called and booked an appointment for 1:30 but despite the appointment I was made to wait at least 20 mins. I don’t mind waiting and I completely understand if it’s only first come first serve approach but it’s important that salons communicate that with the clientele. However what was outrageous was that by the time it was my turn, the manicurist was clearly trying to get me served as quickly as possible and onto the next person. There was no cordiality, patience or even a single smile. She at point even forgot the color I had picked out in her hurry to get money from others. But the biggest unacceptable thing was, in her hurry, she tore my pinkie cuticle to shreds to the point it was bleeding excessively. And instead of apologizing or slowing down, she tried to apply nail polish on my bleeding nail bed. I had to tell her you need to stop and take care of the bleeding first. In all my two decades of getting nails done, I have never seen or experience this sort of thing! At the end of the visit, my companion who saw my bleeding nail was shocked and asked for a bandaid, everyone just ignored us and not a single person apologize. They had no trouble taking €66 (mani and pedi) though. So to those of you planning to go, I hope what happened to me won’t happen to you and I would just avoid this place altogether.

Literally the worst pedicure and experience ever. My friend and I booked our appointments and went there. They made us wait a while with our feet just soaking in the water for a good 15-20 minutes, while they did other peoples nails. Mind you there were only 2 exployees and they were working on 5 different people's nails. We did ask them how long it would take for our turn and if anything we would've just left, seemed like they did not want to loose the customers so they rushed and came to us (very unprofessional to rush your clients), when they started on my friends pedicure, they rushed on her and cut her toe. It's as if the lady they did not care about my friend bleeding or the hygiene. She proceeded with the pedicure, did not change her gloves or towels or anything. When she started on my nails she was rushing and I asked her to not rush the process. She did a 30-55 minute pedicure in 10 minutes for both my friend and I. She scrubbed our feet (we assumed that was part of the package we booked because we did not specially request this). She added a clear layer of polish which literally peeled off before we left the salon, cheap. Then when paying for the service she said it was 55 euros, i mentioned to her that we both booked one for 25 each. she said men was 30 (clearly she wasn't calculating properly because even if men was 30, the total should've been 55 not 58) we corrected her. Both my friend and I booked a 25 euro appointment but ended up paying a total of 55 euros. They were so unprofessional, unhygienic, and extremely unfriendly. My friend and I left there so sad and disappointed because what was supposed to be a relaxing appointment ended up being something so stressful and sad. Thanks for making my friend and I wait so long, pay extra, bleed, and not feel safe in your salon. We will kindly never return and hope you better your services. There are way too many salons in den haag to be paying all this money and mental peace for such terrible service.

I loved it! They help me right away and the staf is super friendly. I came in for a pedicure and I received the whole experience, the lady was super carefull with my feets and she did the most perfect french pedi. I am definitely coming back! ?

I've been here four times now, after a friend recommended the place, and I don't see myself changing salon very quickly. Good service, nice people, and they always match my example pictures very well. If the design you want isn't someone's area of expertise, they let one of the other people there work on your nails. I'll be recommending this place to my friends as well~

I was helped by Julia and although I did have to wait abit, I am still glad because I did book very last minute. Julia is really good with her work and is very fun and friendly. The nails came out really great, just like the picture I gave ? My boyfriend also loved the smell of the hand lotion Julia used after the nails were done, definitely coming back for another session and to ask where I can get that lotion haha ?
