★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb het genoegen gehad ruime een weekend lang met Adelka te mogen werken. Ik ben fan van provocatief coachen en kan dat in mijn tak van sport (verslavingszorg) goed gebruiken. Het mooie aan Adelka is dat zij midden in de groep staat met een natuurlijke uitstraling als autoriteit waardoor het zonder meer duidelijk is wie de trainer is zonder dat te hoeven claimen. En last but not least, ze is lekker ondeugend!
 I had the pleasure of a large weekend to work with long Adelka. I am a fan of provocative coaching and can use it well in my sport (addiction care). The great thing about Adelka is that it is right in the middle of the group with a natural appearance as an authority, making it clear who the trainer is without having to claim it. And last but not least, it is good naughty!
