Few other companies that we worked with were this professional. You can tell that he is a hard worker that cares for both sides of a deal! Part of the reason why we chose our apartment was due to Diego himself and his top-notch quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diego is highly professional agent which successfully assist me to find extremely comfortable accommodation for my daughter-fresh student for “good value”. Diego’s precision, knowledge of procedures, efficiency in communication and flexibility and understanding, guided us to conclude Lease Agreement being far from each other (Oman-Den Hague). Finally, and very important, when I saw accommodation, I was pleased to conclude that Diego’s descriptions and photos and are matching 100 %.

+ friendly
+ fast reply for first appointment
- said we would get the house immediately after the visit, but then broke contact
- very slow to no responses the days after first visit
- not replying to our messages and calls after visit
Overall not a good experience.

Diego Paredes Sanchez Groenendijk from PSG Wonen VBO Makelaar, who coordinated the effective mediation between tenants and landlords at the time of renting an apartment in Den Haag in April 2021. He negotiated better renting conditions, he is very responsive in case of any doubts and questions (even during weekends), excellent problem solver and proactive. He sent all the necessary documentations in complete and by the time required, and he is very keen on giving advices about services providers for the new tenants.
