★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review van mevrouw Maher is helaas niet een juiste weergave van de gang van zaken. Rijbo heeft bestelling keurig afgeleverd bij de buren en hier ook melding van gedaan. Echter de bestelling heeft mw Maher niet bereikt. Bij het geschil dat is ontstaan heeft Bol.com Rijbo in het gelijk gesteld. Rijbo doet er altijd alles aan om haar klanten zo goed mogelijk te bedienen. Helaas heeft mevrouw dat anders ervaren. Dit bericht is van medewerker van Rijbo.nl
 Unfortunately, Ms Maher's review is not an accurate reflection of the state of affairs. Rijbo delivered the order neatly to the neighbors and also reported this. However, the order has not reached Mrs. Maher. In the dispute that arose, Bol.com ruled in favor of Rijbo. Rijbo always does everything it can to serve its customers in the best possible way. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly unhelpful customer service. My items were lost in delivery and there was no responsibility taken by the company. Despite several emails and phone calls to try to resolve this, there was no refund or support to locate the missing items. Not recommended
