★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het duurde even voordat ik de stap nam om weer te gaan sporten. Ik had allemaal excuses om niet een paar uur vrij te maken in mijn agenda om te gaan sporten, mij weer fitter te gaan voelen. Na een paar fijne gesprekken met Mark Hans van PT Zone, ben ik aan de slag gegaan onder zijn begeleiding. Eerst rustig aan opgebouwd om blessures te voorkomen. Daarna steeds verder opgebouwd.
Ik ben nu een paar maanden bezig en voel mij zoveel fitter! Zowel mentaal als fysiek. Al was het niet mijn doel maar ben ook nog wat kilo's kwijt die ik teveel had. Al met al een fijne ervaring om te sporten in een privé omgeving. Geen last van wachtrijen bij de apparaten is toch best fijn. Met of zonder personal training.
 It took a while before I took the step to start exercising again. I had all kinds of excuses not to free up a few hours in my agenda to exercise, to feel fitter again. After a few nice conversations with Mark Hans from PT Zone, I started working under his guidance. First build up slowly to avoid injuries. Then built up further.
I've been on it for a few months now and feel so much fitter! Both mentally and physically. Although it was not my goal, I also lost some kilos that I had too much. All in all a great experience to exercise in a private environment. Not being bothered by queues at the devices is quite nice. With or without personal training.

She is extremele knowledgeable, honest and down to earth and helps you achieve your training and/or weight loss goals in her own personal training studio. If you really want results and train with a top athlete you go to her. This from personal experience when nothing else worked.
