Of je nu wilt fitnessen, groepslessen wilt volgen, functioneel wilt trainen of buiten wilt sporten, het kan allemaal. Daarnaast is de onderlinge sfeer erg prettig: leden zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een sportschool waar het team je kent en geen nummertje bent! A nice and personal gym where you can participate in various activities. Whether you want to exercise, take group lessons, train functional training or want to exercise outside, it is all possible. In addition, the mutual atmosphere is very pleasant: members are friendly and helpful. A gym where the team knows you and is not a number!

Leuke lessen en instructeurs, goede toestellen en schoon! Great gym, nice and accessible and no Barbie dolls to pose. Great place to be busy with sports. Nice lessons and instructors, good equipment and clean!
T	Thijsert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag Active Health Center bezocht voor een proeflesje judo voor mijn zoontje. Hoewel ik zelf veel sport was ik in deze sportschool nooit geweest. Naast de judo lessen is er een cardio en krachttraining gedeelte. Niet heel groot, maar ook niet klein. Het was er voor de zaterdag ochtend zeker niet uitgestorven, maar ook niet te druk. De judo les was geweldig. Echt hele leuke instructeurs, die het serieus nemen en duidelijk ervaring hebben met kinderen. Mijn zoontje van bijna zes was erg enthousiast. Na de proefles mochten we gewoon nog een keer een proefles nemen (kosteloos), als we twijfelden. Helemaal top. 5 sterren voor de judoka's!! Toch vier sterren gegeven omdat we moesten wachten op een inschrijfformulier en dat duurde en duurde. Online inschrijven was niet mogelijk (echt? ? ...in 2020?!…) en we mochten geen inschrijfformulier meenemen. Nou ja, enige minpuntje wat even vervelend was op een drukke zaterdag, maar verder bedankt voor de onwijs leuke introductie Active Health Center. Wij komen terug binnenkort ? Visited Active Health Center today for a trial lesson of judo for my son. Although I exercise a lot myself, I had never been to this gym. In addition to the judo lessons, there is a cardio and strength training section. Not very big, but not small either. It was certainly not deserted for Saturday morning, but not too busy either. The judo class was great. Really nice instructors, who take it seriously and clearly have experience with children. My son of almost six was very enthusiastic. After the trial lesson, we were allowed to take another trial lesson (free of charge), if we had doubts. Absolutely great. 5 stars for the judokas !! Still given four stars because we had to wait for a registration form and that lasted and lasted. Online registration was not possible (really? ? ... in 2020?! ...) and we were not allowed to bring a registration form. Well, only downside that was equally annoying on a busy Saturday, but otherwise thanks for the really nice introduction to Active Health Center. We will be back soon ?

B	Bambosz Klapek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot complain on the facility and the equipment of the gym itself, but the treatment of customer is simply unacceptable. First of all, the rules of the gym are not transparent, and hidden from the customer upon registration. 1. Due to the Covid19 situation the gym was closed for over a month, and the FULL AMOUNT was subtracted from my bank account. No compensation was offered in form of discount, or any other benefits. I understand that the gym must sustain itself, but so do the clients. I have been using other sport and cultural centre and was ALWAS offered reimbursement if the activities were suspended. 2. Because of this situation I decided to resign from the gym. I have been paying more expensive monthly subscription fee, specifically to benefit from flexible cancellation policy. After filling the resignation form, I was told that I must pay another month... (again I was not told about this rule while registering). Those rules are completely against common sense - but if the gym decides to follow them, please notify the customer upon registration. I find this behaviour very unethical and unfair. Finally, I was hoping to get some personalised and flexible treatment while choosing this gym over the BasicFit, instead I got bitter and frustrated with little pitiful charges, as the 2EUR charge for using 24/7. In such a high level gym as Ypenburg Center claims to be, it should be a standard, not a ' luxury privilege' worth 2EUR.
