The staff is unfriendly and (strangely) pretentious, and even look unhappy to be there. Skip this place and, instead, spend your money at a business where they appreciate and value their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been getting Brazilian waxing for about five years. In short, I don't have the intention to visit here again based on my experience.
Positive
- The price (30 euros) is affordable.
- I didn't need to wait, and the service started upon the appointment time.
Negative
- I found my skin became very sensitive after the waxing, also I found a small part of my skin has peeled off.
- The Brazilian waxing was completed in 10 mins (which was very surprising).
- I don't think they even used a soothing cream or gel after the waxing
- No manual removal by tweezer (it was my first time without this - procedure).
- The customer will be asked to undress everything in front of the staff (there's no time to prepare by yourself. Once you enter the room with the therapist, you're expected to undress right away)
- I felt like this place is like a fast-food version of a waxing shop. You shouldn't expect a good experience.
