β β β β β Sportcity doesn't help with any customer issues. They don't even reply the queries and very poor with communication. The gym building itself is really old and the classes are also not worth the money. Totally a waste of money. I regret my choice.

β β β β β Have been going to this gym from past 2 years and it is really very nice gym. Usually not very crowded except on Sunday morning and Monday evenings. They offer lot of group lessons as well to choose from. The staff here is super friendly and helpful.

β β β β β 1) I was informed by phone the days the month I paid and didnβt use the Gim of the Corona will start the first day I decide to activate my membership again, but thatβs not what happend. The manager told me that started when they opened (he had been really rude when my child wanted to go because he was feeling upset, so I explained I have to go...and he answer βdo you want to solve the problem or notβ?)said I talk before (the first time) with the front desk and gave a telephone number to resolve the problem MYSELF. My child went to the daycare and have a bad understanding with my husband to pick him and they didnβt had any phone number to call (I said itβs su post to be in the form, but the manager ignore what I said). I really fell specially a place like this should have a better customer service...specially when you pay 50 euro the month

β β β β β Recently moved to Haarlem so I walked in to ask for memberships and see the place. I was received by an arrogant ΒΏkid, teenager? who could barely describe the benefits of the memberships (his βbuddyβ who was having a sandwich right next to him had to tell him what was included in the membership). I was not invited to see the premises (pretty basic, right?). Naturally not a friendly situation. I believe it is lack of experience of the kid who was just trying to do what he could.
I thought bad timing so figured Iβd try sometime else when somebody more up to the task of being at the reception of the gym was there. Hence, I applied for a visit to the premises via their website. Still waiting for a response.
I assume they may have too many subscribers and are not interested in anyone joining? At any rate, very poorly managed from a sales perspective.
As for the very little I could see from the gym it looked average to me. Ok. Not bad, not too good.
