Er zou een kies worden getrokken, maar toen ik aankwam had mijn tandarts geen tijd en de vervanger deelde me mede: "We hebben toch een gaatje op de röntgenfoto gezien". Het boren en de vulling zetten is nog nooit op zo'n vreemde manier gegaan. Mijn mond werd zo'n beetje opengebroken. Enfin. Enkele weken later viel de vulling eruit, dus wederom naar de tandarts. Die heeft een andere vulling gezet met de boodschap "wel een goedkopere dan de vorige hoor". Vervolgens kreeg ik, na het voldoen van de factuur van de eerste vulling, ook nog eens een factuur voor de tweede vulling. Uiteraard heb ik aangegeven dat het hun fout was en ik niet van plan was om voor hun fout te betalen. Wat schetst mijn verbazing dat 2 jaar later er een incasso bureau is ingeschakeld om alsnog die vulling te betalen. Mijn advies: Vermijden. I was a client 2.5 years ago. A tooth would be drawn, but when I arrived my dentist had no time and the replacement informed me: "We saw a hole in the X-ray." Drilling and filling has never been done in such a strange way. My mouth was kind of broken open. Anyway. A few weeks later the filling fell out, so again to the dentist. He has a different filling with the message "a cheaper than the previous though". Then, after paying the invoice for the first filling, I also received an invoice for the second filling. Obviously I indicated that it was their fault and I had no intention of paying for their mistake. What amazes me that 2 years later a debt collection agency has been called in to still pay that amount. My advice: Avoid.

Helaas sturen ze idd facturen voor iets waarvan ik zeg dat het hun fout is. De communicatie is ook niet altijd even goed. Maar de tandarts die ik heb is wel vriendelijk, geduldig en goed met kinderen. A lot has gone wrong since the takeover. I have had good, but also bad experiences with pure oral care. Unfortunately they are billing for something I say is their fault. Communication is also not always good. But the dentist I have is friendly, patient and good with children.

S	Sammy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn partner zijn spalkje ging los en hij had een afspraak om deze weer vast te zetten. Vervolgens gaat het spalkje na 2 dagen weer los en mag hij weer komen. Het eerste spalkje heeft meerdere jaren lang vast gezeten, dus lijkt me dat het ligt aan hoe het is gezet. Hier moest hij weer voor betalen.. Nog geen week later ging het spalkje weer los! Kan toch niet? Hier zijn we niet meer terug gegaan voor het spalkje. My partner's splint came off and he had an appointment to put it back on. The splint will then be released after 2 days and he may come back. The first splint has been in place for several years, so I think it depends on how it was put on. He had to pay for this again. Less than a week later the splint came loose again! Can not be? We have not gone back here for the splint.
L	Louise en Jan Bosma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kom je voor alleen een controle, krijg je ongevraagd eerst te maken met een preventie assistente, die van alles doet waar ik niet ongevraagd heb en waarvan niet duidelijk is of het echt nodig is.... Ze wordt per 5 minuten betaald....wat niet verteld wordt.... En knoopt een gesprekje aan over mijn tas ... Al met al koste zij mij ca 55 euro en kwam daarna de tandarts nog ff kijken of ik gaatjes had...21 euro. Zo terwijl ik nooit wat heb wel 76 euro lichter. L	Lisette Kolk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ afspraak liep 40minuten uit. ik had afspraak om 2 gaatjes te maken (werk hiervoor afgezegd) de kamertjes zijn erg klein en hierdoor lopen tandarts en assistente elkaar in de weg. appointment ran out 40 minutes. I had an appointment to make 2 holes (work canceled for this) the rooms are very small and because of this dentist and assistant get in each other's way.
P	Peanuts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne praktijk!!! Onze tandarts is een hartstikke leuke jonge vrouw die met je meedenkt en je niks opdringt. Rest van de medewerkers zijn ook allemaal ontzettende leuke mensen. Erg blij dat we zijn overgestapt naar deze praktijk. Alles onder 1 dak ook. Superhandig. Nice practice!!! Our dentist is a very nice young woman who thinks along with you and does not impose anything on you. The rest of the staff are all very nice people. Very glad we switched to this practice. Everything under 1 roof too. Super handy.
