B	Bob V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doorverwezen naar tandartspraktijk Stadshart voor het verwijderen van een verstandskies. Hoewel dit absoluut geen pretje is was toch de behandeling geruststellend en kijk ik er positief op terug. Tandarts was een jonge vlotte en professionele tandarts (Dhr Erkens) die uitlegde wat hij aan het doen was en tussentijds polste of alles nog oke was. Assistenten waren aardig en duidelijk, de praktijk zelf zag er in mijn optiek ook super modern uit en oogt ook ontzettend professioneel. Referred to dental practice Stadshart for the removal of a wisdom tooth. Although this is absolutely no fun, the treatment was reassuring and I look back on it positively. Dentist was a young smooth and professional dentist (Mr Erkens) who explained what he was doing and asked if everything was still okay. Assistants were nice and clear, the practice itself also looked super modern in my opinion and also looks very professional.

Nice dentists, knowledgeable and very relaxed. I have the idea that people listen to it carefully and that complaints are taken seriously.

Er werden netjes excuses aangeboden. bij de volgende afspraak deed het apparaat het weer. En werden nogmaals excuses aangeboden en kreeg ik voor het ongemak een bosje bloemen. Ik woon niet in de buurt van deze praktijk, maar raad hem van harte aan! I came to the practice especially to have a photo taken after work. Was the device broken, really bummed. Apologies were politely offered. at the next appointment, the device worked again. And they apologized again and I got a bunch of flowers for the inconvenience. I don't live near this practice, but highly recommend it!

Wou vandaag een afspraak voor morgen afzeggen ivbm onze zoon die opgenomen is vorige week donderdag in het ziekenhuis infectie in de longen niet zelfstandig kunnen ademen en vele andere complicaties nou wou ik dus afzeggen en zegt mevrouw dat we donderdag wel even hadden kunnen bellen en dat we een rekening gaan krijgen omdat we niet 48 uur van te voren hebben afgezegd.grappenmaker.! Denk je nou echt als er iets is met 1 van je kinderen dat je nadenkt van he we hebben ook nog een afspraak bij de tandarts volgende week dinsdag tuurlijk niet.!! Je denk aan de gezondheid van je kind.! Geen beetje begrip.!! Stuur de rekening maar ,betalen doen we ook en achteraf krijgen we het geld ook weer terug inclusief kosten wat we gaan maken voor rechtszaak.! Dentist is great! receptionist drama.!! Maar deze tandarts denkt dat ik 2x per jaar ook nog eens mijn gebit moet laten reinigen. Ze is niet echt zachtzinnig in de mond. 1x was ik 15 minuten van te voren aanwezig. Maar vervolgens 45 minuten na afgesproken tijd pas behandeld worden. Maar als ik te laat ben krijg ik een rekening. Nu belde ik 24 uur van te voren om afspraak te verplaatsen. Dat wordt in rekening gebracht tegenwoordig is dat 48uur. Doei doei, ik ga opzoek naar een andere tandarts. What a drama since dentist Vos left. Never had dental problems. But this dentist thinks that I should also have my teeth cleaned twice a year. She's not exactly soft in the mouth. 1x I was present 15 minutes in advance. But then 45 minutes after the agreed time to be treated. But if I'm late I get a bill. Now I called 24 hours in advance to reschedule appointment. That is charged nowadays that is 48 hours.
