P	Paul De on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn hoofd liep nog over van zaken die ik moest regelen om mijn woning te kunnen verkopen. Makelaar, foto’s laten maken, vragenlijsten, huis voorbereiden energielabel etc etc etc!. Toen er ook nog heel snel een koper was gevonden, kreeg ik middels mijn makelaar bericht dat de koper voor verkoopafhandeling de keuze had laten vallen op PVM notarissen. Gegoogeld op PVM en wat negatieve maar ook positieve reviews gevonden. Maar goed er moet getekend worden anders verkoop ik niet. Ik had me ingesteld op een notaris die het koopcontract wel even snel wilde doornemen omdat tijd geld is voor de koper. Ook had ik me vooraf bedacht, ongeacht de houding of mogelijke haast van een notaris wil ik alles goed toegelicht hebben. Wanneer ik zaken niet begrijp zal ik net zolang doorvragen tot ik zeker weet dat er geen valkuilen zijn. Ik zal een lang verhaal kort maken, ik kwam gespannen binnen en ging na anderhalf uur bijna schaterlachend de deur uit. Ik ben glashelder en zeer! geduldig voorgelicht. Bovendien is het me duidelijk geworden, deze notaris is echt een mensenmens hij heeft oprecht belangstelling voor het wel en wee van zijn medemens. (Alex Zwep) PVM nogmaals hartelijk dank! When a buyer was also found very quickly, I received a message through my broker that the buyer had chosen PVM notaries for sales processing. Googled PVM and found some negative but also positive reviews. Anyway, it has to be signed otherwise I will not sell. I had prepared myself for a civil-law notary who wanted to quickly go through the purchase contract because time is money for the buyer. I had also changed my mind in advance, regardless of the attitude or possible haste of a notary, I want to have everything properly explained. If I do not understand things, I will continue to ask questions until I am sure there are no pitfalls. I will make a long story short, I came in tense and after an hour and a half left the door almost laughing. I am crystal clear and very clear! patiently informed. U	Usha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super! Je voelt je echt een klant bij aankomst. Beleefd aangesproken en meteen ook een warme kop koffie aangeboden gekregen. We mochten meteen plaatsnemen. De notaris was enorm vriendelijk en had een goed gevoel voor humor. Legde alles goed uit en deed niet gehaast. Ben er heel tevreden mee. Twee dagen geleden was ik bij een andere notaris in Rotterdam...wereld van verschil. Deze notaris weet wel hoe het hoort. Goed werk PVM! Super! You really feel like a customer on arrival. Politely approached and immediately offered a hot cup of coffee. We were allowed to take a seat immediately. The notary was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. Explained everything well and was not rushed. I am very satisfied with it. Two days ago I was at another notary in Rotterdam ... world of difference. This notary knows how it should be. Good job PVM!

Alles was duidelijk opgesteld en er werd goed de tijd genomen om tijdens de afspraak alles nog eens goed door te nemen. Personeel was zowel telefonisch, ontvangst bij de receptie en de bespreking met de notaris erg professioneel en vriendelijk. Have a cohabitation agreement and will drawn up by PVM. Everything was clearly set up and time was taken to go through everything thoroughly during the appointment. Staff was very professional and friendly both by telephone, reception at the reception and the discussion with the notary.

Also, moving the transfer date was a bit of a problem and they only suggested one possible day and time.
