★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een hoop gebel en mailen van ons en onze hypotheek adviseur totaal geen medewerking of reacties van vivaldi! Een hypotheek aanvraag die sluitend was en waarop wij 2 maanden!! Op hebben moeten wachten om een afspraak te maken om te kunnen tekenen. Zij geven aan dat alles zogenaamd in de spambox terecht was gekomen. Nu is mijn hypotheek dus 1200,- duurder uitgevallen doordat de boeterente daardoor gestegen was en dat moest natuurlijk nog "even" betaald worden bij tekenen, anders ging het feestje dus niet door!(in almere zit vivaldi niet en laten het dossier behandelen door een andere notaris waarmee je dus niet kunt praten over de situatie) Nu totaal geen medewerking of enig medeleven ervaren en wil ook niets meer met dit bedrijf te maken hebben !
 After a lot of phone calls and emails from us and our mortgage advisor, no cooperation or reactions from vivaldi at all! A mortgage application that was conclusive and on which we have 2 months !! Had to wait to make an appointment to sign. They indicate that everything supposedly ended up in the spam box. Now my mortgage is 1200, - more expensive because the penalty interest had increased as a result and of course that had to be paid "just" when signing, otherwise the party would not take place! (In Almere there is no vivaldi and have the file handled by a other civil-law notary with whom you can not talk about the situation) Now totally no cooperation or experience any sympathy and does not want anything more to do with this company!
