Zit je op vakantie mail je 3x op hun website stel je een vraag via facebook helemaal niets nou het horloge werkt niet in Italië dus als je hem daarvoor koopt hou het geld in je zak geen reactie van de verkoper dus het horloge is waardeloos dus GEEN ster waard If I could I would not have given a star you buy the watch for the holidays before I bought it was answered within 5 minutes they would deliver immediately unfortunately this took 5 days wrong glass plate now that I find it once and problems are there no home. Are you on vacation you email 3x on their website you ask a question via facebook nothing at all well the watch does not work in Italy so if you buy it for that keep the money in your pocket no response from the seller so the watch is worthless so NO star worth

Hij zet gewoon zijn horloge aan en belt mij even op als hij een vraag heeft of iets af wil spreken. De orginele omschrijving bij Qlokkie is ip67 spatwaterdicht. Ter info. Je kunt niet met dit horloge in het water of zwemmen. Helaas ging hierdoor het horloge snel kapot. Wel super service van Qlokkie om tegemoet te komen omdat de omschrijving bij bol.com niet klopte. Top service. Wonlex aqua kiddo 15 watch bought via bol.com. This would be 100% waterproof in the description at bol.com. The original description at Qlokkie is ip67 splash-proof. For your information. You cannot go into the water or swim with this watch. Unfortunately, this quickly broke the watch. Super service from Qlokkie to meet because the description at bol.com was not correct. Top service.

Leuk ook de stappenteller en foto optie. Daarnaast zeer goede klantenservice die al je vragen snel en vriendelijk beantwoord. Kan het absoluut aanraden! Super fine watch bought for our son of almost 8 years. Contains all the necessary features to be able to follow your child via GPS and the call function is also super nice. Horloge teruggestuurd, sindsdien geen reactie meer ontvangen van het bedrijf op onze emails, chat etc. Zeker 9 keer geprobeerd te contacteren waarbij 1 keer reactie. Zij zouden mij bellen maar nog steeds niets gehoord. Inmiddels een maand verder, geen reactie meer en geen horloge!! Dit is echt schandalig!! Ga binnenkort aangifte doen want dit is pure oplichterij!! sorry!!! Watch did not work immediately upon installation. Watch returned, since then no response from the company on our emails, chat etc. At least 9 times tried to contact with 1 response. They said they would call me but still haven't heard anything. A month later, no response and no watch!! This is really outrageous!! Going to file a report soon because this is pure scam!!

Makkelijk te installeren, gebruiksaanwijzing in het Nederlands, app makkelijk te installeren, ze kan er goed mee opnemen als je belt, geluid met bellen is top, gps werkt ook echt super en je ziet nauwkeurig waar ze is en hij geeft ook aan waar ze is geweest en hoelaat! Al met al raad ik deze zeker aan! My daughter has been using a Qlokkie for several months. We mainly use it when she goes outside to play. Easy to install, user manual in Dutch, app easy to install, she can record well with it when you call, sound with bells is great, GPS also works really great and you can see exactly where she is and it also indicates where she is been and what time! All in all, I definitely recommend this one!

Veel software problemen , en terwijl er alleen maar met WiFi word gespeeld loopt toch het beltegoed op . Het is uiteindelijk een Chinees naamloos horloge wat door Qlokkie word opgeleukt qua marketing . Helaas maken ze het qua ondersteuning niet waar . Geen antwoord op vragen of mailtjes .. het contact van Bol.com met Qlokkie verloopt ook stroef . Niet kopen !!! Alleen maar een hoop ergernis Nice watch, but whatsapp does not work, the updates can whatsapp are not supported by Qlokkie. Horloge besteld voor mijn zoontje, was opzich makkelijk te installeren en te gebruiken, echter ondanks goede installatie zoals beschreven was het horloge na 1x handen wassen nat aan de binnenkant, gaf het continu storingen, viel het scherm direct uit en bleef non-stop SOS oproepen versturen. Simkaart moeten verwijderen en direct contact opgenomen met Qlokkie. Na veel moeite en aandringen toch een retourlabel gekregen, horloge opgestuurd met verzendlabel en daarna nooit meer reactie of antwoord van Qlokkie gehad. Meermaals gemaild zonder reactie op het mailadres waar ik eerder wel het retourlabel van ontving. Slechte service, bedrijf is slecht te bereiken en bij problemen heb je pech en ben je èn je €140 voor het horloge èn het horloge kwijt, zonder uitzicht op ooit nog een reactie of oplossing vanuit het bedrijf. Jammer, want hier een verdrietig kind wiens horloge dezelfde dag stuk was. Op de foto ook een vergelijking naast mijn apple watch voor de grootte. Bad service.
